Time's past

While searching for corroboration of a story I'd read somewhere or other that the name of Low Freight in Arkansas was a corruption of L'eau Froide (the original French name for the place) I found it in this article from Time Magazine dated April 1945.

I didn't know Time had put all its archives online (including the covers) - they go right back to 1923.
